Frederick Mahe is a licensed Public Adjuster and a Partner at Absolute Adjusting.   

As an advocate for the insured, Fred takes an active role early with clients and takes them through the process to full recovery. For over eight years, Mr. Mahe has represented the policyholder to help them fully recover from a loss. Mr. Mahe has helped both residential and commercial clients in eight states.  

Frederick is on the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Public Insurance Adjusters.   In recent years, Mr. Mahe has served his community as a city council member in Erie, Colorado, and a Planning and Zoning Commissioner. 

Frederick enjoys time with his family skiing and enjoying the outdoors.

Jeffrey S. Aal has nearly thirty years of claims experience.  He realized insurance claims are about real people with real problems throughout that period.  There are simply NO arbitrary or minor losses when it involves the client. 

He enjoys using his skills to assist clients in resolving their claims and helping to get their life or business back on track as soon as possible. 

Jeffrey started as a telephone claims representative, earned his way to claim management, and has been the primary force behind Absolute Adjusting since 2007.  A passion for “getting it right” is his driving motivator. 

Jeffrey is active in the local community through an appointment to the Board of Adjustment (Seems fitting, no?)  Free time is spent with his family, dog, and, time permitting, his motorcycle.

Shana Noe is the glue that holds the organization together.  

Experienced as a General Liability Adjuster and Property Adjuster with multiple Carriers, she brings an irreplaceable skill set to the company.  Having worked in various areas of the insurance claims industry for 25 years, Shana has found that the most rewarding aspect of the claims process is to remove a roadblock or a task for those that have suffered a loss.  While no longer an active adjuster, she always gives clients a ready answer as she can and streamlines the operation.  

Shana thinks an insurance claim is many pieces of a puzzle coming together at the end to make the insured whole again.  Communication and teamwork are what bring the puzzle together as quickly as possible.    

Shana is active in the local community through an appointment to the Board of Development.  Free time is spent with her family and daughter, traveling when she can to new places to take in all the world has to offer.
