Website inquiries should collect only what initial review requires.

This policy explains the information Absolute Adjusting collects through the website, why it is used, and the choices available to website visitors and inquiry submitters.

Information you provide

The website inquiry forms request information needed for initial routing, conflict review, service fit, and a response. Depending on the selected form, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, organization, preferred contact method, parties, property state, property type, loss type, date of loss, insurer name, matter posture, requested service, and known deadline.

The forms are not designed for claim documents or sensitive records. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card information, privileged communications, medical records, protected personal information, or complete claim files through the public website. If a matter proceeds, a controlled exchange method may be provided.

Technical and operational information

The website, hosting environment, security systems, and form software may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, referring page, dates, times, response status, and data needed to detect abuse or troubleshoot delivery. See the Cookie and Tracking Notice for the current tracking configuration.

How information is used

  • Respond to an inquiry and communicate about the requested service.
  • Conduct conflict, jurisdiction, licensing, qualification, capacity, and assignment-fit review.
  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website and forms.
  • Create appropriate business records and document communications.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, professional, insurance, and record-preservation obligations.
  • Protect the rights, safety, systems, and property of Absolute Adjusting and others.

When information may be disclosed

We do not sell personal information or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed to hosting, form, email-delivery, security, information-technology, and professional service providers that support legitimate business operations; to persons you authorize or who are appropriate to the requested engagement; to counsel, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other authorities when required or reasonably necessary; and in connection with a business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

Inquiry and technical records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for routing, conflicts, business records, security, legal obligations, and dispute management. Retention may differ by record type and may continue after an inquiry is declined. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law and the reason the record is held, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your inquiry. Some records may be retained where law, professional duties, security, conflict management, or legal claims require it. A request may require identity verification. Contact Claims@AbsoluteAdjusting.com.

Consent on an inquiry form permits a response about that inquiry. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize unrelated marketing. Absolute Adjusting does not presently use the website forms for automated marketing or SMS subscription campaigns.

Children, external sites, and changes

This business website is not directed to children under 13. External websites have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy as the website, vendors, or legal requirements change; the effective date below identifies the current version.
