Professional Boundaries
The requested role and engagement control the work.
The website describes several professional roles. Each role is evaluated, scoped, and engaged separately; none is created by visiting the site or submitting an inquiry.
General information, not a matter-specific opinion
Website content is educational and general. It does not constitute legal advice, a coverage opinion, an expert opinion, a repair directive, an appraisal award, or adjusting advice for a particular claim. Insurance policies, assignments, jurisdictions, facts, evidence, and deadlines differ.
No professional relationship
A website visit, contact-form submission, email, or preliminary conversation does not establish representation, retention, confidentiality duties associated with an engagement, or agreement to meet a deadline. Do not send claim files, privileged material, protected records, or sensitive personal information through the public website. If a matter is accepted, Absolute Adjusting will identify an appropriate method for exchanging records.
Distinct professional roles
- Expert witness: Opinions are limited to the defined assignment, the expert’s qualifications, and the record reviewed. Retention does not purchase a predetermined conclusion.
- Public adjusting: Representation is available only under a signed agreement and where required licensing, conflicts, jurisdiction, and service capacity are confirmed.
- Inventory services: Deliverables depend on the photographs, records, access, assumptions, and pricing support available. Unclear or unsupported items may remain subject to review.
- Claim consulting: A consulting assignment addresses defined technical questions and does not create public-adjuster representation unless separately agreed in writing.
Legal and coverage boundaries
Absolute Adjusting does not act as legal counsel through this website. Courts and counsel determine legal standards, legal strategy, and admissibility. Coverage depends on the applicable policy, facts, law, and authorized decision-makers. Nothing on the site promises coverage, payment, settlement value, admissibility, or a particular result.
Current information and outside sources
We seek to present accurate information, but standards, regulations, pricing systems, and source materials change. Dates and sources matter. Third-party links and references are provided for context and remain subject to the source owner’s terms and updates.
Initial inquiries
For initial routing, provide only the parties, property, general matter type, requested role, known deadline, and the question to be evaluated. Submission permits Absolute Adjusting to respond to the inquiry; it does not create an engagement.
