Licenses and Service Territories

Licensing

Public-adjusting authority depends on the jurisdiction and engagement.

Public-adjusting authority is jurisdiction-specific. Expert-witness, inventory, and consulting assignments are separately evaluated according to the requested role, qualifications, location, and applicable requirements.

Service territories and role limits

Public-adjusting inquiries are considered in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and Utah, subject to current individual and entity licensing, conflict review, the property location, claim posture, and service availability. A state appearing in an inquiry form or on this page is not a guarantee that Absolute Adjusting can accept a matter.

New Mexico: Jeffrey Aal’s individual Public Adjuster record is active, but the agency Public Adjuster record is inactive/cancelled. Absolute Adjusting is not offering firm-level public-adjusting services in New Mexico pending confirmation of the required entity authority.

Expert-witness, inventory, appraisal-support, and claim-consulting assignments do not necessarily follow the same licensing framework as public-adjuster representation. Each is reviewed according to the requested work, the professional qualifications required, jurisdictional restrictions, and the intended use of the deliverable.

Other jurisdictions

Do not assume that Absolute Adjusting is authorized to provide public-adjusting services outside the jurisdictions listed above. If a matter involves another state, required authority will be evaluated before any representation is offered or work begins. Temporary, emergency, reciprocal, or additional licensure is not promised.
