No engagement through website use
Viewing the site, sending an email, or submitting an inquiry form does not create a public-adjuster-client, expert, consulting, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Absolute Adjusting may perform conflict, qualification, licensing, capacity, and assignment-fit review before accepting a matter. An engagement begins only through an authorized written agreement.
Acceptable use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit knowingly false information, scrape protected content through automated means, or use the site in a way that violates another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, original website text, graphics, logos, and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to Absolute Adjusting. You may view and print reasonable excerpts for personal or internal reference. Separate agreements control
